STRUCTURE AND FUNCTION vacuole

Vacuoles are cytoplasmic organelles that contain fluid and constrained thin membrane called tonoplas . Vacuole liquid in which dissolved substances such as enzymes , lipids , alkaloids , mineral salts , acids , and alkalis . In plant cells , the vacuole is always there . Getting older a plant , the greater the vacuole is formed .

Vacuole serves to store nutrients in the form of sucrose and mineral salts , as well as serve as a place to dump waste products , such as rubber plant sap on the trunk . To understand the structure of the vacuole in plants you can see the Picture ! Vacuoles are also present in protozoa . Protozoa vacuole contractile vacuole and a vacuole nonkontraktil .

1 ) the contractile vacuole
Contractile vacuole called pulsating vacuole . Contractile vacuole has a function as an osmotic osmoregulator the set value in the cell .

2 ) vacuole nonkontraktil
Nonkontraktil vacuoles called food vacuoles , which serves to digest food and circulate the results of the digestion of food through the body .
